Joint leaseholders

  • If more than one person is named on the lease, each leaseholder must complete and sign a separate application form to become a member.
  • Membership is personal to each leaseholder and is not automatic for joint owners.
  • The Company may reject applications which are incomplete, unsigned, or not supported by required documents.

2. Basis of entitlement

☐ I am the qualifying tenant (leaseholder) of the above flat. As proof of my status I enclose:

  • ☐ Certified lease extract

☐ I apply to be admitted as a member of the Company pursuant to section 74 Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.

I agree to become a member of the Company, to be bound by its Articles of Association, and to contribute £1 to its assets if wound up while I am a member or within one year after I cease to be a member.
