If people feel this makes a difference to the vote, let me know and we can decide what to do. For the moment, I will take it as the will of the RTM and redraft the budget to add on the amount and pass it to Prime.
I take on board comments about grounding the spend for last year but time is moving on and we have to get this job done. If we have a healthy, unapportioned reserve at the end of this year, we can adjust the reserve portion of the Service Charge for next year to reflect this.
